You may purchase products online or use the online catalog to locate items for purchase and then call JSA’s dedicated customer service representatives toll free at 1-800-446-7204, ext.116, or 904-398-7072, ext.116. Orders can also be faxed to 904-398-8607. Representatives are available from 8:30 am until 5 pm (EST). Order online using a personal Visa, MasterCard or Visa debit card. All orders must be shipped to your home address – no PO boxes. Orders are shipped via UPS. Using the Shopping Cart The online catalog is simple to use. Like most shopping cart programs, you are given the opportunity to sort by categories or key words. The items can be viewed larger and in more detail, along with price information and descriptions. When making a selection, you simply add to the cart. You will be required to set up an account that will remember your information for ease of future purchasing. Your order is summarized on the order form. And, you are able to add and delete items before finalizing your order. Your order will be confirmed via e-mail with a status of “pending.” Once reviewed by order entry, your order will be updated.
