Ordering for Your Department
Department purchases can be made using a purchase order number or an authorized P-Card. You must indicate your department number in the space provided when checking out. Department purchases are discounted; this will be acknowledged to you by e-mail. If your department is tax-exempt, you will not be charged tax. All orders will be shipped to you via courier from JSA unless arrangements are made and authorized for UPS shipments to the loading dock. All online orders will be acknowledged automatically to your work e-mail address as provided.

Delivery
Please allow two or three days to process your order. Your order will be delivered according to the shipping method you select. JSA can ship inventoried products the same day without a rush charge if you approve overnight delivery charges and the order is placed before 2 pm EST. JSA’s goal is to always have items in stock, but if the item you requested is not in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery date. We suggest that you call to verify stock availability if you have an immediate need. Please indicate any special requests (i.e. need date, shipping method, delivery specifics, etc.) in the additional information box provided during check-out.

Factory Direct Orders (Bulk-Priced Orders)
All items are available for an additional discounted price when you allow three (3) weeks delivery and meet factory minimum requirements. Some items are only available as factory-shipped items and will reflect the delivery time and minimum quantity requirements in their description. Actual shipping charges will be billed. Please call JSA’s customer service representative toll free at 1-800-446-7204, ext. 116, or 904-398-7072, ext. 116.

An additional imprinted copy can be added to your logo, i.e. your phone number or address, etc. Please indicate additional information in comment section at check-out. Additional fees may apply for set-ups and proofs.

Custom Orders
If you cannot find what you are looking for in the online catalog, consider placing a custom order. JSA represents thousands of manufacturers and products and can be your source for items that are not currently in the catalog program. Please click on Contact Us at the top of the screen and e-mail us with your request. We will contact you with ideas and pricing.

Shipping
Items shipping direct from the manufacturer will be billed at actual shipping costs; these are determined by the manufacturer. Department orders will be shipped to via UPS by the manufacturer. Items shipping from inventory will be charged according to the freight chart listed under Shipping Costs & Information.

Inventory items shipping outside of the Continental U.S. will be billed at actual cost; if necessary, call for a quote. Duties and taxes will be charged.

Decoration on Wearables
All wearables can be ordered blank, decorated with a logo and personalized with a name, department name, etc. If the item is in stock, the logo on the product will be listed in the description. If the garment is not in stock, the order must total 12 pieces with the same logo in order to qualify for the minimum purchase. Personalization is subject to approval by Baptist Health Public Relations Department prior to processing. All garments purchased with a personalization are non-returnable.

Returns
JSA does not accept returns for garments unless there is a defect in the garment or a mistake made by JSA in the decoration. E-mail us with any concerns regarding a return at BHonlinestore@jsapromos.com.
